Shimmering Silvery Schools Egg

This egg is dark, as dark as the Istan sands it lays upon. Black and multi-hued blues compete with each other for those shadows, each oppressive and unyielding as those brackish tones meld their way around this small egg. But in that darkness, flashes of silver; small streaks, each one so small to be unnoticeable, irrelevant. Thing is, there are so many of these silver flashes that they dominate the egg, force out that darkness to overwhelm the mottled surface in brilliant, iridescent colour. Those silver flashes reflect back hints of green, of red, of yellow and orange; look directly at the egg and it'd be bright silver on dark backdrop. Simple, no? But look away and it teases, dances, taunts you with that myriad of colours, just from the corner of your vision: like a million small fish playing in the ocean depths, acting with a single purpose.

Hatching Pose: Tap tap. Wriggle. Oomph! The Shimmering Silvery Schools Egg is tapped, wriggles and then rolls off a small mound of sand, landing with an audible -crunch- against another egg. Its sibling seems untouched; but this egg is certainly beyond repair. Good thing its owner doesn't seem to be needing it anymore. Those silvery shards fall away almost silver speck by silver speck, shook off by the dragon freeing herself within.

Elegant Adventuresome Green

The deep green of ocean depths washes over the hide of her svelte form, darkening around her dainty muzzle and headknobs. Refined in build, she's dappled faintly with the dancing highlights of aquamarine over her gently rounded belly and smooth shoulders, darker shades sinking down slender legs to delicate talons of rich salty green. Subtly elegant neckridges adorn her shapely neck, touched with hints of viridian to match the hues on her long, lissom tail. Graceful wingspars carry magnificent wings, sea foam hues reflecting emerald light are spangling translucent 'sails right to their fragile trailing edge where gossamer threads of pearl intertwine with a hint of seaweed.
