Weyr Policy: Goldriders and Clutch Rotation

IC, all goldriders are automatically weyrwoman, but OOC this may not be the case. To make this distinction clearer, those goldriders who are actively involved in the Weyr's OOC administration are designated as weyrwoman. Those who are goldriders because they play one on camera are just that: goldriders. Any weyrwoman who chooses to withdraw from OOC administration, or who has been idle for 4 weeks or more without warning, will have their status changed to 'goldrider'. Goldriders are not included in clutching rotation.

In order for a goldrider to become a weyrwoman again, she must state that intention to the current Weyr administration and remain active for at least one month's time to be considered for an upcoming clutch. As this is a minimum, further stipulations may apply at the discretion of the current weyrleaders.

Ista's clutch rotation is not set in stone and remains flexible to be accomodate the needs of the Weyr and the availablity of the people involved.
