Weyr Policy: Private Rooms

A private room is any room not owned by the builder. They tend to have names such as Lucy's Lovely Weyr or Crafter Jose's Room. Please do not enter a private room without the invitation of its owner. If you are unsure whether or not you are in a private or public room, just 'ex here' to examine your location. Public rooms will note that they are owned by IstaW_Bldr. All other rooms are private.

We allow any resident or crafter to have a private room off of the East Cavern. (Riders are given private rooms after weyrlinghood.) Said room and the exits in and out must be owned by the individual character, so if you'd like one please be sure you have a minimum of 3 quota available (@quota to check this). Simply contact the Weyr admin and we will create the room and exits for you and walk you through the process of chowning them over.

It is our policy to build a brand new room in this situation. Please contact us and do not build a room yourself. If you have built a room we'll ask you to copy and paste the desc into the room we build, rather than linking your existing room in. Thanks for your understanding.

What you do in your private room is your business, however please note that even in private rooms, you are required to respect the boundaries of whomever you're playing with. If you feel someone has violated your personal boundaries, please conatact the Weyr admin.
