Weyrlinghood: Month 4
RP Ideas
- Practice flying: There's a lot of sky up there and now your dragon can explore it. Maybe they'll meet you in the garden instead of walking there along side you, or the two of you can rendezvous on the star stones.
- Go to the beach: Now that your dragon can fly, they can visit the beach for the first time.
- Perfect your straps: Sure, they're good enough to handle ground drills, but will they be able to keep you safe when you fly together for the first time next month?
- Gripe about the barracks: They're cramped, they smell. You might be dreaming about a weyr of your own.
Vignette Ideas
- Is life in the barracks chafing? Do you want your own space, to get drunk and relax for an evening and sleep in the next day?
- Explore how it feels to watch your dragon fly for the first time. Similarly, explore how it feels to know that in another month, you'll be up there with them.
- Are you struggling with any parts of weyrling training now that it's turned from 'take care of baby dragon' to something more structured and rigorous? How are you doing with academics and physical training?
